"It gives us a massive problem," said Scott. "Leon Legge looks like he's going to miss Saturday. At half-time I was close to taking Leon off as well as Mark.
"Mark's knee problem has flared up again. He couldn't even walk up the steps to the changing room."
Scott could ask Ipswich if he can take Tommy Smith back on loan. Smith was recalled by Town boss Roy Keane last week as cover but may be available as fellow defender Damien Delaney's recent red card was rescinded.
