Strevens claims goal against Leeds

Strevens was officially credited with the opening goal in the 1-1 draw at Elland Road, although manager Andy Scott revealed he thought the deflected effort might go to Charlie MacDonald.

"The final touch came off me," insisted Strevens.

"That's what I was told. I'm definitely going to claim it.

"The gaffer said I need to score more goals, he has been on at me to get in the box more.

"It ricocheted around, it came off me, came off someone else and went in. I will take anything."
