After the 2-2 draw against Chesterfield we take our usual look around the websites and hear from the people that matter.

What the squad said.....?
Martin Allen as usual was optimistic after todays performance, he said,

"Obviously you feel that you should win you home games but i'm pleased that we managed to make a come back, on reflection of play i reckon that a draw was a fair result although we could have won it near the end with Chris' chance"
He also added,

"I'm pleased that your run has continued, i take it as 1 point gained rather than 2 points lost"

Goal scorer Deon Burton was also optimisic,

"We took our chances well, but i think we should have won, especially as we were at home, the boys battled hard and Chesterfield dug in for the point"

Stuart Nelson also added,

"At least we didnt get beat, we need to keep this run going to make sure we get in the playoffs"

What the experts said....?

teamtalk.com - reported that the bees were much the better side but didnt create enough chances to finish the game off.

bbc.co.uk - said that the bees fought hard and probably deserved more than a point, the commented that the whole side played well and that on this form they should make the playoffs.

skysports.com - In a short report they said that both sides played well and that a draw was a fair result.

Griffinpark.org - voted O'Connor man of the match but said that the whole side played well and playing like this they would do well in the championship.
