Brentford officially booked their place in the FA Cup fifth round last night, ending the fairytale run of sixth-tier Macclesfield FC.
A 70th-minute own goal from PE teacher Sam Heathcote was the only difference in a tightly contested 1-0 win.
Macclesfield, who famously knocked out holders Crystal Palace in the third round, received a standing ovation at Moss Rose.
